To achieve this, the Group has allocated substantial resources to develop a non-financial reporting tool (Gaia 2.0) that enables the Group and its entities to manage non-financial performance and comply with the requirements of the CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive).Job DescriptionReporting to the Gaia Global Process Owner, your role will be to implement the Gaia 2.0 roadmap and lead change management, communication, and interface with the project’s various stakeholders.Your mission will include:Gathering, consolidating, and prioritizing functional evolution requests in close collaboration with the Global Process Owner by structuring the process of collecting needs from hotels and other stakeholders to optimize decision-making and arbitration for GAIA 2.0Collecting ESG data needs from Regions, Brands, and various departments within the Sustainability divisionFormalizing specifications for prioritized developments and improvements in the roadmapLeading change management: planning and implementing actions necessary to ensure users' proper adoption of new functionalities, particularly through training and supportPlanning and executing the GAIA 2.0 communication planKeeping GAIA 2.0 knowledge management up to date and ensuring its disseminationPreparing and facilitating governance bodies and project-related meetings in collaboration with all stakeholdersManaging the “commercial” aspect of the tool: developing and implementing, with regional and brand teams, the hotel billing strategy to ensure the product’s viability and profitabilityQualificationsWith a Master's degree (Bac +5) from an engineering or business school, you are fluent in English and have:2 to 3 years of experience in managing and deploying complex and international projects; initial experience in consulting is a plusStrong functional analysis skills to support decision-making (prioritization, arbitration)Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt to the regional cultures and specificities of Accor's organization, especially in regular interaction with the IT departmentThe ability to implement change management plansAn interest in sustainability issues and an understanding of non-financial data and its complexityAdditional InformationPosition based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux (92) with the possibility of working remotely 2 days a week.
