This role involves owning enterprise revenue, building the sales team, and running full-cycle enterprise deals while collaborating with various teams to shape the sales strategy.ResponsibilitiesOwn enterprise revenue from day one — running full-cycle deals across prospecting, discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closeBuild the sales playbook: define how Magnus goes to market, what the pitch looks like, and what a repeatable sales motion feels likeShape our value proposition and sales assets in collaboration with product and marketing — you will have a direct line to bothRecruit, onboard, and develop the sales team you helped design as we scaleCollaborate with Forward Deployment Engineers and Solutions Consultants to run technically rigorous enterprise dealsServe as the voice of the customer internally — feeding deal insights back into product and GTM strategySkills10+ years of sales experience, with recent experience selling agentic AI or enterprise AI platformsDeep familiarity with the enterprise IT buyer — how they evaluate, budget, and build consensusConsistent quota overachievement closing $50K+ ARR SaaS deals with mid-to-large enterprisesExperience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesExperience managing or mentoring salespeople — and readiness to build a team as we scaleA builder's mindset: comfortable with ambiguity, ownership, and operating without a full playbookBenefitsBonusEquityFull health, vision and dental benefitsFlexible work environmentHub-Hybrid-Remote modelHub - 100% work from Simpplr office.
