Responsibilities
ā¢ Coordinate the global device return process, ensuring efficient collection and disposition across multiple regions and offices
ā¢ Build and maintain operational dashboards for tracking asset intake and return volumes globally
ā¢ Collaborate with regional teams and compliance partners to ensure optimized logistics and adherence to guidelines
ā¢ Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the global returns workflow and program scalability
ā¢ Maintain accurate operational records and communicate effectively with global stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of return operations
Skills
ā¢ Proficiency in Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for operational tracking and reporting
ā¢ Strong experience in operations coordination, logistics, or supply chain management
ā¢ Advanced stakeholder management and communication skills
ā¢ Experience in logistics, transportation, or reverse logistics operations
ā¢ Familiarity with data visualization/analytics tools
ā¢ Asset tracking or inventory management experience
