[Remote] LMS Implementation Project Manager

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking an experienced LMS Implementation Project Manager to drive the successful deployment of a new Learning Management System (Docebo). This role is focused on leading the end-to-end deployment effort, ensuring alignment across stakeholders, and delivering a high-quality, on-time implementation.ResponsibilitiesLead the LMS implementation from deployment through go-live, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and timelines are met (partnering with 3rd party implementation partners)Serve as the primary internal point of contact for the implementation partner(s)Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive alignment and executionPartner closely with LMS implementation consultants to ensure quality delivery and adherence to scopeHold vendors accountable to timelines, deliverables, and SLAsEscalate and resolve issues proactively to avoid delaysOversee system configuration, testing, and validation activitiesEnsure alignment between business requirements and LMS capabilitiesSupport data migration, integrations, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Partner with internal stakeholders to support change management and adoption strategiesEnsure readiness for go-live, including communications, training plans, and support structureDrive issue triage and resolution during the hypercare periodSkills5+ years of experience in learning technology, digital learning, or HR technology role with experience leading LMS implementations or similar enterprise system deploymentHands-on expertise with Saba and/or Docebo; experience with both strongly preferredExperience working in a 21 CFR Part 11–validated environment, including system validation and audit readinessProven ability to lead LMS/LXP implementations, migrations, or major upgradesStrong understanding of learning ecosystem integrations, including HRIS, SSO, and content providersStrong project management skills and the ability to quickly assess and stabilize in-flight workExcellent communication and stakeholder-management skillsLMS Implementation experienceBachelor's but HM would review experience over degree firstExperience with additional learning tools (e.g., Degreed, Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SCORM/xAPI tools)Background in change management and validated system lifecycle managementExperience in regulated industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotech, or medical devicesAbility to quickly adapt, diagnose issues, and implement short-term solutionsCompany OverviewFounded in 2004, SPECTRAFORCE® is a global staffing and workforce solutions company that helps organizations build high-performing teams across healthcare, technology, financial services, engineering, and professional services.
