We are currently seeking a proactive, personable, and organized Remote Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter to join our team. This role plays a key part in enhancing customer experience and supporting the sales and service teams by scheduling appointments and assisting with customer inquiries in real-time.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking for a Remote Live Chat Agent / Appointment Setter, you will be responsible for interacting with customers via live chat, addressing their inquiries, providing timely and accurate information, and scheduling appointments as needed. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will help ensure that appointments are booked and confirmed efficiently, providing a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Live Chat Support:
• Engage with customers via live chat, responding to inquiries regarding products, services, or account-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information, troubleshoot issues, and escalate more complex concerns to the appropriate department or team member.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving inquiries promptly and maintaining a positive and friendly tone during all interactions.
• Maintain detailed records of each interaction, ensuring that all relevant information is documented in the system.

Appointment Setting:
• Contact leads, clients, or customers to schedule appointments, meetings, or consultations based on availability and business requirements.
• Coordinate and manage appointment schedules, ensuring there are no conflicts and confirming appointments through email, text, or phone.
• Send reminders to clients and internal teams about upcoming appointments and follow up to ensure attendance.
• Reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary, offering alternative time slots and ensuring the calendar is kept up-to-date.
• Update the appointment management system with new, rescheduled, or canceled appointments, ensuring accurate tracking.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service, live chat support, or appointment setting is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with customers.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to work efficiently and independently, while also being a strong team player.
• Proficiency in using live chat platforms, CRM systems, and scheduling software (experience with [insert tools/software] is a plus).
• A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing an outstanding customer experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or relevant experience is a plus.
