Role Overview

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for careerzynith subscribers who need assistance via our real‑time chat platform. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or certifications in communications, customer service, or related fields is a plus.
Language Proficiency: Excellent written English with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and tone.
Experience: Prior experience in live chat, online customer support, or a similar digital communication channel.
