Key Responsibilities:
Research and Booking:
Research and book various vacation packages for clients, including hotels, cruises, resorts, flights, rental cars, travel insurance, and excursions.
Itinerary Creation:
Create detailed vacation quotes, itineraries, and invoices for clients.
Client Communication:
Communicate clearly with clients via phone and email to understand their travel needs and preferences.
Take client payments in a secure manner.
Training and Development:
Attend live and recorded training sessions to stay updated on industry trends and booking procedures.
Requirements:
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Must be a U.S. resident.
Fluent in English.
Possess a smartphone and/or computer (recommended).
Reliable internet access.
Excellent customer service skills.
Highly motivated with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
