ā¢ Assist with or handle written discovery, motion work, depositions, hearings, or trial preparation in civil litigation cases
Skills
ā¢ 6+ years of legal experience in litigation
ā¢ Excellent communication skills
ā¢ Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
ā¢ Licensed in California
ā¢ Excellent academic credentials
ā¢ Outstanding references
ā¢ Experience with commercial/business litigation
ā¢ Experience with labor and employment law
ā¢ Experience with personal injury law
ā¢ Experience with premises liability matters
ā¢ Experience with environmental/toxic tort litigation
ā¢ Experience with real estate law
ā¢ Experience with mass tort litigation
ā¢ Experience assisting with or handling written discovery
ā¢ Experience with motion work
ā¢ Experience with depositions
ā¢ Experience with hearings
ā¢ Experience with trial preparation in civil litigation cases
