A reputable and well-established law firm is seeking a skilled Litigation Attorney with a strong interest or background in healthcare litigation to join their team. Key Responsibilities:
ā¢ Handle a range of complex litigation matters with a focus on healthcare and breach of contract disputes
ā¢ Draft motions, discovery, pleadings, and legal memoranda
ā¢ Conduct legal research, investigations, and case strategy development
ā¢ Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
ā¢ J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in California
ā¢ 1+ years of litigation experience; healthcare litigation experience or a strong interest in managed healthcare law preferred
ā¢ Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills
ā¢ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
ā¢ Ability to work independently in a remote setting
