They are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build systems that activate, retain, and expand users, focusing on lifecycle campaigns across various channels.ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize lifecycle campaigns across email, in-product, and push notificationsDevelop onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention flows triggered by real product behaviorsPartner with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Customer Experience, and Product to align messaging with launches, new features, user paint points and team-related milestonesCreate clear segmentation frameworks and cohort tracking to understand activation/retention patternsDesign experiments across timing, channel mix, and messaging to continuously improve onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention metricsBuild automated workflows and triggers in HubSpot (or similar) to scale lifecycle operationsSkills3–5 years of experience in lifecycle, CRM, retention, or email marketing rolesHands-on experience building triggered journeys across email, in-product messaging, or pushStrong analytical skills — able to interpret cohort data, activation metrics, and funnel behaviorExperience in PLG or SaaS environments where lifecycle directly impacts onboarding, activation, expansion, and retention metricsSkilled at writing clear, concise, high-performing lifecycle copyComfortable working cross-functionally with Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Customer Experience, and ProductExperience with HubSpotFamiliarity with user segmentation, behavioral analytics, or cohort modelingBasic SQL or comfort digging into data beyond dashboardsBackground in building lifecycle systems for PLG or collaborative/team-based productsExperience running A/B tests and interpreting results across multiple channelsCompany OverviewBolt.new is an AI development platform that offers building, running, editing, and deploying services for full-stack applications.
