[Remote] Life Practice Account Manager (Individual Client/Policy Service)

The Life Practice Client Service Account Manager will assist with day-to-day client interactions and manage a portfolio of High Net Worth/Private Client accounts, ensuring accurate deliverables and strong relationships with clients and carriers.ResponsibilitiesUnder minimal supervision, collect, analyze, and prepare information to facilitate requirements of client requests and/or support the activities of client team; outgoing client deliverables accurateDirect interaction with clients on day-to-day questions and requestsAttend client meetings/conference calls regularly with team membersWork closely with National Life Practice Service Team to develop and implement processes and Best PracticesAttend Consultant and Vendor meetings and participates in internal and external training(s)Develop the best possible working relationships with carriers.
