Required Skills
ย Active New York State LSW license.
ย Minimum of three years of relevant experience in social work, with an emphasis on end-of-life care.
ย Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
ย Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
ย Bilingual capabilities are advantageous.
ย Valid driverยs license and access to a vehicle.
Qualifications
ย Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with a valid New York State license.
ย At least three years of direct experience in a similar capacity.
ย Demonstrated knowledge and experience in end-of-life care settings.
