As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering, updating, and verifying patient referral data into various systems. You'll work closely with our Centralized Services Supervisor to ensure that all data is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you're detail-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** * Enters, updates, and verifies patient referral data into various systems for use by all personnel * Reviews and verifies data entered into database to ensure accuracy * Processes all faxes in a timely and efficient manner * Confirms that medical scripts and referral documentation have the correct procedures listed * Effectively communicates with Center employees if additional information is needed to process request * Performs other duties as assigned by the Centralized Services Supervisor **Competencies** * Communication Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Technical Capacity: Proficient in using multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately * Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines * Time Management: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities * Thoroughness: Detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality results **Supervisory Responsibility** This position has no supervision responsibilities. **Work Environment** This job operates in a professional office environment. You'll work remotely, using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. **Physical Demands** This is a largely sedentary role. While performing the duties of this job, you'll regularly use your hands and fingers to handle, feel, or operate objects, tools, or controls, and reach with your hands and arms.
