[Remote] Lending Transaction Associate - Commercial

The Lending Transaction Associate will support syndicated loan activities and assist with documentation, funding, and due diligence for transactions, while also engaging with clients and internal partners to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities Booking and servicing UK syndicated loan deals in ACBS, performing reporting and servicing, and supporting ongoing trade maintenance Providing syndication support through processing and maintaining deal documentation in SyndTrak, coordinating investor access, updating life-of-loan activity, managing investor data, and supporting CUSIP generation Acting as a key liaison between deal closers and operational systems Following successful onboarding in these areas, the associate will be trained in trade closing, including reviewing and processing trade documentation, handling trade settlement activities, conducting KYC and tax validation, reviewing loan agreements to confirm transferability, and executing finalized trades in ACBS, as well as assisting with additional support for Debt Capital Markets (DCM) Performing functions in the documentation, funding, and due diligence requirements of standard or complex transactions being financed by PNC, or bought from/sold to other institutions Providing client-facing service directly or with senior coordinators and interact with external business partners Determining, reviewing and issuing required legal documents for transactions while ensuring all terms are met Preparing and issuing legal documents to client for complex transactions Interacting with internal and external contacts to gather necessary information and coordinate closing Directing work flow as needed to ensure client expectations are met Building relationships with legal counsel, vendors and internal partners Gathering, reviewing and analyzing all information from internal and external parties specific to transactions, some of which are complex Resolving inquiries/issues as necessary Complying with necessary regulations, internal procedures, and may assist in response to audit exceptions Validating that transaction structures match pricing models Assuring potential for perfection of security interest for transactions and/or requests approval for exceptions Skills University / college degree with < 1 year of professional experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions Ability to leverage customer information in creating customized customer solutions Assessing and effectively managing all of the risks associated with business objectives and activities Demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for the role Accuracy and Attention to Detail Collaborating Data Gathering and Reporting Decision Making and Critical Thinking Effective Communications Managing Multiple Priorities Operational Functions Products and Services Regulatory Environment - Financial Services Knowledge of syndicated loans Familiarity with ACBS systems Benefits Medical/prescription drug coverage (with a Health Savings Account feature) Dental and vision options Employee and spouse/child life insurance Short and long-term disability protection 401(k) with PNC match Pension and stock purchase plans Dependent care reimbursement account Back-up child/elder care Adoption, surrogacy, and doula reimbursement Educational assistance, including select programs fully paid A robust wellness program with financial incentives Maternity and/or parental leave Up to 11 paid holidays each year 9 occasional absence days each year, unless otherwise required by law Between 15 to 25 vacation days each year, depending on career level and years of service Company Overview PNC is a financial service company providing bank deposits products and services to its community.
