Job Summary:
ā¢ Transcribe audio and video recordings of legal proceedings with high accuracy and attention to detail
ā¢ Verify and proofread transcripts to ensure accuracy and quality
ā¢ Work independently in a home office setting with a strong internet connection and necessary equipment
ā¢ Meet productivity and quality standards while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
Requirements:
ā¢ Must be a U.S. citizen
ā¢ High school diploma or equivalent required
ā¢ At least 5 years of experience as a legal transcriptionist
ā¢ Minimum touch-typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy
ā¢ Proficient in English language and grammar
ā¢ Knowledge of medical, legal, and technical terminology
ā¢ Home office setup with high-speed internet, USB foot pedal, headphones, and Windows 10 operating system
