QA Automation Technical Interviewer

Responsibilities: Conduct technical interviews to assess candidates' expertise in QA automation, including their knowledge of testing frameworks, automation tools, and best practices. Collaborate with recruitment teams to design and refine interview questions and assessment techniques that accurately evaluate candidates' technical skills and fit for QA automation roles. Provide detailed feedback and candidate evaluations to hiring managers, aiding in the decision-making process for QA automation hires. Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in QA automation to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of interview questions and techniques. Requirements Proven experience in QA automation, with a deep understanding of automation testing tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Cypress, or similar. Experience with programming languages relevant to automation testing, such as Python, Java, or JavaScript. Prior experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or coaching is highly preferred. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly and provide constructive feedback. Ability to handle interviews with professionalism and impartiality.
