[Remote] Legal Counsel, Trade and Customs

They are seeking a Legal Counsel, Trade and Customs to develop their U.S. trade and customs legal capabilities, focusing on customs brokerage engagement and import compliance.

Responsibilities
• Advise on U.S. and global trade regulations, including customs valuation, tariff classification, and other import-related issues
• Support internal teams—logistics, customs—on compliance policies, audits, and regulatory inquiries
• Draft and review trade-related agreements, filings, and guidance; manage and liaise with outside counsel
• Monitor regulatory developments and assess business impact

Skills
• 3+ years of legal experience in international trade, with experience in customs/import issues
• Juris Doctor and membership in one state bar or equivalent
• Strong communication skills and experience partnering with logistics teams
• Experience with custom/import issues in the e-commerce industry
