[Remote] Learning & Development Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Starr is a global insurance and investment organization providing property and casualty insurance solutions. The Learning and Development Administrator will support the HR function by managing the Learning Management System, scheduling training courses, monitoring completion rates, and administering professional qualifications and apprenticeships.ResponsibilitiesE-Learning management : Allocate e-learning modules to employees and monitor completion rates, generating reports on completion rates to provide insights to the businessCourse Administration : Schedule internal and external training courses and monitor acceptances to ensure maximum attendanceFeedback and Reporting : Collate feedback from training sessions and identify trends for continuous improvement. Prepare and present reports on training effectiveness and participant feedbackFinancial Administration : Issue purchase orders for all L&D courses and track expenditure against the L&D budget, maintain the L&D tracker to ensure accurate financial reportingInbox Management : Monitor the L&D inbox, addressing business queries in a timely manner and in accordance with agreed SLA’sLMS Maintenance : Support the maintenance of the LMS including troubleshooting user queriesProfessional Qualifications & Apprenticeships : Assist in the administration of all professional qualifications and apprenticeship programmesSkillsExperience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organisational skills and attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word)Previous experience working in a Learning and Development or Generalist HR roleExperience of creating training content and materialsPrevious experience with learning management systems (Cornerstone) would be advantageousBenefitsWe currently operate a hybrid working model.
