[Remote] Leadership Development Consultant - Remote + less than 25% travel

The Leadership Development Consultant will be responsible for creating competency and skill frameworks, assessments, and training modules aimed at enhancing leadership capabilities and supporting people development throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop micro-learning-style training modules focused on leadership competencies and skillsCreate training module outlines, learning content, learner resources, facilitation guides, and supporting materialsReview relevant documents, reports, and learning resources to understand existing leadership development offerings and avoid duplication of contentConduct interviews and detailed reviews with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather insights and feedback for content developmentCollaborate with SMEs and key stakeholders to validate training content and materials, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and alignment with organizational needsSupport the development of customized learning pathways, leadership competency frameworks, and skill frameworks for designated roles as neededHelp define expected leadership skills, behaviors, and expertise requirements to support employee development and advancement opportunitiesSkillsStrong active listening skills and empathy, with the ability to understand organizational context, operational challenges, and strategic prioritiesAbility to facilitate decision-making among diverse stakeholder groups in complex and evolving environmentsStrong attention to detail and the ability to develop tailored solutions based on client needsAdaptability and resilience in managing changing priorities and requestsResults-oriented approach with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outcomes and meeting deadlinesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation, facilitation, and storytelling capabilitiesExperience in curriculum design and learning program developmentExperience designing and delivering leadership development programs and experiencesExperience with rapid and iterative content development methodologiesExperience creating and applying leadership competency frameworks and skill frameworksExperience developing assessments and evaluation toolsStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and ExcelStrong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologiesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development, Leadership, Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience working in a corporate environment and partnering with senior leadersDirect experience or familiarity with healthcare, hospital, clinical, or healthcare workforce environmentsExperience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and virtual learning technologies, including e-learning platformsAdvanced degree or professional certifications such as ATD, SHRM, HRCI, or Instructional Design certificationsBenefitsRemote role with less than 25% travel to Chicago, IL.Approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.Company OverviewDTI is a 100% African American-owned IT consulting and network services firm with nearly 40 years of experience.
