As a Lead Solutions Consultant, you will engage with financial services clients to design and present integration solutions that address their challenges in payments and compliance. This role requires both solution expertise and industry knowledge to guide clients through complex financial integration needs.ResponsibilitiesEngaging with financial services clients to understand their business processes, integration challenges, and regulatory needsTranslating complex FS requirements into clear solution proposals and compelling demonstrationsLeading technical qualification, solution design, and proposal development for FS opportunitiesPartnering with Sales to drive opportunity assessment, deal strategy, and account planningPresenting to senior FS stakeholders with clarity, confidence, and a strong command of industry needsResponding to RFPs and RFIs with focused, high impact FS contentSupporting proof of concepts with hands on guidance, best practices, and troubleshootingWorking with Delivery to ensure smooth implementation transitions for FS accountsSkills5 plus years of experience in solution consulting, presales, or software deliveryStrong understanding of financial services integration needs including payments, cash management, onboarding, compliance, and global messagingDeep knowledge of B2B, API based integration, and enterprise application integrationFamiliarity with SaaS, EDI, REST, JSON, SWIFT, ISO20022, SAML, SOA, AWS, and GCPExposure to platforms such as Gentran, Axway, Sterling, Volante, FIS, Finastra, Bottomline, MuleSoft, and GXSAbility to simplify technical concepts for business leaders and FS executivesStrong communication skills written and verbalComfort working independently and in fast paced team environmentsWillingness to travel to support customer engagementsProficiency in PowerPoint and WordBachelor's degree requiredIndustry certifications or FS training preferredBenefitsVariable and commission compensation opportunities for eligible rolesVacation entitlementPaid time offComprehensive benefitsCompany OverviewOpenText powers and protects to secure information management for AI.
