Accountabilities • Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure effective solutions. • Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams. • Customize Salesforce applications to meet specific business needs. • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions. • Maintain detailed documentation of designed solutions. • Provide training and support to end-users for Salesforce adoption. Requirements • Extensive experience in Salesforce development and architecture. • Salesforce Certified Administration and Advanced Administrator required. • Proven leadership abilities and capacity to mentor team members. • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and product features. • Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and integration tools. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
