They are seeking a Lead Quality Assurance Analyst to perform QA testing, support testing efforts, and collaborate with team members on project execution. The role involves both manual and automated testing, as well as the design and development of testing frameworks.ResponsibilitiesPerform QA testing (manual and automation)Work with Studio BA/QA resources to support testing and perform defect fixes as neededParticipate in studio daily scrum and project status calls to provide accurate updates on deliverable timelines and statusWork with Technical Delivery Manager proactively for task prioritization, resolving issues and escalations; Participate in reviews of plans associated with project executionIdentify test cases to automate by conducting a feasibility analysis; Automate the Feasible test cases and Perform Data base testing using TOSCA; Log defects and work closely with development/product team to get it resolved; Execute the automated test cases for every code drop; Maintain the automation resources in Source code control and version control toolsDesign and develop generic reusable automation testing frameworks; Gather and report relevant and actionable metrics on automation; Responsible for carrying out QA testing activities for maintaining, enhancing and developing and supporting applications and technology solutionsCollaborate with BSA and TDM for a shared understanding of the business model and the detailed functional requirementsSkillsBachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent degree, in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related fieldTwo (2) years of experience in the job offered or in a Software Quality Assurance Analysts and Testers-related occupation2 years of experience in test automation utilizing technologies and tools including TOSCA and Selenium2 years of experience in automation testing of web applications and Database using TOSCA commander2 years of experience in design and develop testing frameworks (keyword-driven, Data-driven or hybrid)2 years of experience in programming using C# or Java2 years of experience in developing test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)2 years of experience in supporting Agile/Scrum software development life cycle and project management approach by creating, documenting, and executing test plans2 years of experience in writing SQL queries and utilizing SQL Server Management Studio for various testing scenarios2 years of experience in providing code review and analyzing test coverage and results to ensure functionality, data integrity and accuracyBenefitsTelecommuting/working from home permitted.Our Total Rewards program reflects our continued commitment to lead from the front in everything we do—that’s why we take pride in offering a comprehensive variety of programs and resources to support your health and well-being.Company OverviewDeloitte drives progress.
