Paid Media SpecialistWe're looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist with expertise in Google Ads and PPC to help our clients optimize and grow their advertising campaigns. You'll join a fast-moving team of ambitious professionals and get the chance to work with exciting brands while continuously developing your skills in performance marketing.

Salary Range: PHP 80,000 90,000 per month (Final offer will depend on skills, experience, and assessment results.)

What You'll DoLaunch, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, and Video.
Track KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPM, etc.) and make data-driven improvements to maximize results.
Spot campaign challenges and suggest proactive solutions.
Apply client guidance and parameters to refine campaigns.
Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices.
Collaborate with content/creative teams to source ad copy and assets.
Communicate clearly and consistently through chat, video calls, and project management tools.
Prepare reports and dashboards to keep clients updated on performance.
Optimize keywords and ad copy for better conversions.
What We're Looking ForMust-Have:
3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads (paid search)
Proficiency with SEMRush
Strong skills in Microsoft Office/365 (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4 preferred)
Experience handling multiple accounts or clients (agency background a plus)
Nice-to-Have:
Familiarity with Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, TikTok, or Instagram Ads
Basic skills in landing page optimization
Ad copy optimization experience
Future Growth OpportunitiesRecommend new PPC strategies and best practices
Provide insights and trend analysis from reporting
Run A/B tests and experiments with data-driven hypotheses
Expand expertise across more paid media platforms
