The Lead IT Project Manager is responsible for leading integration and growth programs, ensuring secure and compliant integration of practices into the enterprise environment while minimizing disruption to operations and patient care.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end delivery of IT integration programs, including diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-close executionOwn execution across infrastructure and network integration (connectivity, data center/cloud, EUC, security dependencies)Drive data migration strategy and execution, including patient, provider, and operational data across systemsLead integration of clinical platforms, including EMR/EHR and Practice Management Systems (PMS), ensuring business and clinical continuityDevelop and manage integrated program plans, including schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, and milestonesEstablish and govern program execution, including RAID management, dependency tracking, and escalation processesPartner with architecture and engineering teams to ensure alignment to enterprise standards and integration frameworksProvide executive-level reporting on integration status, risks, financials, and value realizationIdentify and mitigate risks related to data integrity, infrastructure transitions, and clinical disruptionCoordinate across internal teams, business stakeholders, and vendor partners to ensure seamless executionSkillsDegree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience.
