The role involves partnering with senior leaders across various departments to deliver complex, cross-functional programs that accelerate growth and improve customer outcomes.ResponsibilitiesPartner with GTM and business leaders to scope, plan, and execute programs that drive growth, efficiency, and customer successLead cross-functional initiatives such as lead to cash, revenue intelligence, AI for Sales, data enrichment and customer lifecycle optimizationDefine and improve GTM processes to ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity across teamsSupport strategic planning cycles, aligning GTM programs to company objectives and key milestonesLead end-to-end delivery of complex GTM programs, from scoping through execution and adoptionOwn program structure, operating models, timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategiesDrive accountability across stakeholders, proactively resolving blockers and escalating key decisionsCommunicate program status, risks, and outcomes to senior leadershipPartner with Business Systems, Data & Analytics, and Enablement teams to ensure operational readiness and system supportTrack KPIs and measure program impact against defined outcomesAlign stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, CPX, Partners, Product, and Technology to deliver shared outcomesNavigate ambiguity and shifting priorities while maintaining program momentumBuild alignment, secure buy-in, and balance competing priorities across complex initiativesFoster a culture of collaboration and shared ownership across the GTM ecosystemLead change management efforts, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and rollout planningPartner with enablement and operations teams to ensure successful adoption of new tools, processes, and programsDevelop documentation, training, and communications to support GTM initiativesEstablish best practices for repeatable, scalable program deliverySkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience)8+ years leading large-scale GTM or RevOps programs, including lead-to-cash processes and enterprise system implementations in a public SaaS company (>$1B revenue)Experience with GTM systems such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong, or GainsightExperience working across Sales, Marketing, Customer, and Partner organizationsBackground in public SaaS or B2B technology environmentsStrong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with experience engaging senior stakeholdersExposure to sales strategy, marketing operations, or customer lifecycle programsPMP, Agile, or similar certificationBenefitsA discretionary bonus typically paid annuallyRestricted Stock Units granted at time of hire401(k) match and comprehensive employee benefits packageWorkiva supports employees in working where they work best - either from an office or remotely from any location within their country of employment.Company OverviewWorkiva created Wdesk, a cloud-based platform for enterprises to collect, manage, report, and analyze critical business data in real time.
