You’ll have the opportunity to dive into exciting UX challenges and collaborate with designers, developers, and product managers to solve problems and build user-friendly solutions. Your Daily Tasks will Entail: Write a concise and user-friendly content that guides the Printful & Printify customers through our websites and mobile app,Closely collaborate with product designers and product managers to ensure content meets user needs,Use quantitative & qualitative feedback to mockup and test experiments of existing experience using differentiated copy,Improve and maintain content guidelines and documentation in collaboration with our Brand team,Develop a UX content process as an integral part of product development and design process, including improvements of tooling, processes, collaboration methods,Participate in design reviews and share your work regularly with design and product leadership,Lead content workshops with stakeholders. Your Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in content writing at product-driven organisations,Exceptional written English skills,Strong portfolio demonstrating content writing for digital products,Proven ability to translate complex information into simple, user-friendly content,Experience conducting user research and applying data insights to content decisions,​​Adaptability and willingness to iterate based on feedback,Project management and prioritization skills,Being able to work in fast paced environment while paying attention to detail,Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team,Familiarity with design tools (Figma).
