They are seeking a driven, creative, and highly organized Lead Marketing Agent to build and lead their marketing division, focusing on athlete marketing initiatives and brand partnerships.ResponsibilitiesLead and oversee Jordan Sports Group's marketing divisionSecure product, endorsement, and paid partnership opportunities for our athletesBuild and maintain relationships with brands, companies, and strategic partnersCollaborate with player relationship leads to communicate opportunities and execute campaigns for athletesHelp athletes develop, strengthen, and grow their personal brandsManage campaign execution, timelines, deliverables, and brand requirementsOversee marketing interns and effectively delegate projectsDevelop creative partnership concepts, content ideas, and brand activationsTrack marketing opportunities, deal progress, and campaign performance metricsCreate systems, processes, and organizational structure for the marketing departmentRepresent Jordan Sports Group professionally in all athlete and brand communicationsSkillsMinimum of 3+ years of significant sports marketing experience, preferably on the athlete representation sideMust demonstrate ability in procuring and negotiating marketing dealsStrong understanding of football, NIL, and social media (specifically Instagram)Proven ability to generate opportunities and close dealsExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsHighly organized and able to manage multiple athletes, brands, and campaigns at onceCreative, proactive, and willing to take full ownership of the roleProfessional, reliable, and detail-orientedPassionate about helping athletes maximize their value on and off the fieldHaving a comprehensive list of contacts and existing leads is a plusCompany OverviewNIL & NFL Representation.
