Responsibilities...
Ā Our client is seeking a detailed oriented data entry coordinator to help with backed logged work
Ā Compile reports and import information by entering and retrieving data from multiple systems and resources
Ā Organize, maintain, and coordinate files and records
Ā Collaborate with internal users and external resources to address business objectives and issues
Ā Ensure and measure the integrity of master data
Ā Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and comply with data privacy policies
Ā Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity and consistency
Ā Identify and correct errors in data entries
Ā Ensure secure storage and disposal of confidential data
Qualifications
Ā Minimum of high school diploma or GED equivalent
Ā 1 plus years of experience working in data entry
Ā Working experience with homeless families or individual population is a plus
Ā Experience with a computer based work environment and an excellent working knowledge of Word and Excel
