In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the Digital Manufacturing strategy across the organization. Your focus will be on enhancing current processes and innovating future digital engineering capabilities. You will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and readiness for the transformations required. By managing risks and ensuring compliance, you will contribute significantly to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of manufacturing systems. This is an opportunity to impact multiple facets of digital systems and help elevate our manufacturing standards.

Responsibilities
• Put Safety First – Ensure that all digital solutions comply with Health, Safety & Environmental Standards.
• Identify opportunities for new or improved manufacturing processes, digital systems, and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant company, legislative, and technical policies and standards.
• Plan and manage activities including schedule, resources, and costs.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve digital manufacturing systems and methods.
• Deploy standardized Digital Manufacturing processes across the Commodity and Production lifecycle.

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Manufacturing Systems Engineering.
• 1+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or Manufacturing Systems Engineering experience, or equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizenship required for eligibility.

Nice-to-haves
• Master’s degree or PhD in a related field is desirable.
• 5+ years of relevant experience may substitute for degree requirements.
