• *Duties
• Lead and coordinate remote fitness sessions, ensuring high energy and engagement across diverse client groups.
• Design personalized and group training programs that incorporate elements of kickboxing, cycling, yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, and other fitness modalities tailored to individual needs.
• Apply knowledge of physiology, anatomy, and body mechanics to optimize workout effectiveness while minimizing injury risk.
• Provide expert coaching in sports coaching techniques, dance-based fitness, and functional movement to enhance overall performance.
• Drive client progress by monitoring performance metrics, offering constructive feedback, and adjusting programs accordingly.
• Promote a positive and inclusive environment that encourages motivation, accountability, and community building among clients.
• Support sales efforts by educating clients on program benefits and fostering long-term engagement within our health club community.
• Stay current with industry trends in fitness technology and wellness practices to continually innovate training offerings.
• *Experience
• Proven experience in personal training or group fitness instruction within a gym or health club setting.
• Demonstrated expertise in program design across multiple disciplines such as yoga, Pilates, CrossFit, cycling, or dance-based fitness.
• Strong understanding of physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics to tailor effective training regimens.
• Experience teaching diverse populations with varying fitness levels in remote or virtual environments.
• Familiarity with fitness sales techniques to support client retention and membership growth.
• Background in sports coaching or high-performance training is highly desirable.
