The Lead Data Scientist will be responsible for leading end-to-end data science projects, translating complex business problems into analytical solutions, and collaborating with various stakeholders to deliver impactful data-driven outcomes.ResponsibilitiesLead the design, development, and deployment of statistical models, machine learning algorithms, and custom analytics solutionsCollaborate consistently with team members to understand the purpose, focus, and objectives of each data analysis project, ensuring alignment and meaningful supportTranslate client goals into clear modeling strategies, project plans, and deliverablesGuide the development of production-level model pipelines using tools such as Databricks and Azure MLCollaborate with engineering, marketing, and strategic partners to integrate models into real-world applicationsMonitor and improve model performance, ensuring high standards for reliability and business relevancePresent complex analytical results to technical and non-technical audiences in a clear, actionable formatSupport innovation by identifying new tools, methods, and data sources—including the use of Snowflake for modern data architecturePromote best practices in model governance, data ethics, and responsible AISkillsMinimum 5-7 years of experience in data science, analytics, or predictive modelingExperience leading all aspects of sophisticated data science initiatives with a solid foundation in technical strategy and executionStrong programming skills in Python, R, or SAS for modeling and data analysisAdvanced SQL capabilities and experience working in cloud-based environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Snowflake strongly preferredExperience applying the modeling rigor and documentation standards required in regulated industries such as financial services is a strong plusExpertise in regression, classification, clustering, A/B testing, and audience segmentationProficiency with Tableau, Power BI, and Excel for data visualization and communicationStrong communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical findings into business insightBachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field (Master's preferred)Hands-on experience with Databricks, Azure Machine Learning, and Snowflake strongly preferredExperience applying the modeling rigor and documentation standards required in regulated industries such as financial services is a strong plusExperience in integrated marketing, digital agency, marketing services, or consulting environments preferredBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision coverageA 401(k) retirement planPaid holidaysFlexible Time Off (FTO) so you can take time away to recharge when you need itAdditional programs focused on wellness, financial security, and professional growthCompany OverviewAt OneMagnify, we help transformational brands turn insight into action.
