[Remote] Business Analytics Analyst - Operations

The Business Analytics Analyst will support analytics in clinical outcomes, develop dashboards, and manage complex data models to drive business impact across various teams. Responsibilities Develop and Implement Dashboards to optimize core business operations, such as predicting clinical resource demand (staffing optimization) Focus on Prescriptive Analytics by designing solutions (e.g., optimization algorithms, simulation models) that recommend the most cost-effective and efficient actions for clinical operations and member support teams Manage complex data models that keep pace with evolving operations Other duties as assigned Skills Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Econometrics or a related field 1-3 years of experience at a startup, healthcare company, or consulting firm Advanced skills in SQL and statistical programming (Python or R).
