[Remote] Lead Commercial Operations Business Partner

They are seeking a Senior Commercial Operations Business Partner to serve as a strategic advisor and operational leader supporting their go-to-market organization, driving revenue growth through operational excellence and process optimization.ResponsibilitiesOwn forecasting and pipeline management processes to improve accuracy, predictability, and alignment with commercial objectivesLead pipeline inspections and deal reviews, establishing qualification criteria, cadence, and escalation pathsAnalyze revenue trends, conversion metrics, and forecasting indicators to identify growth opportunities and operational improvementsDesign, optimize, and scale GTM processes spanning opportunity management, quoting, contracting, billing, and renewalsDevelop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and reporting standards for commercial leadershipPartner with Analytics, Data Governance, and cross-functional teams to improve data integrity and reporting accuracyTranslate business needs into requirements, workflows, and operational action plans across systems such as Salesforce, CPQ, Billing, and ERP platformsLead operational initiatives related to process automation, systems implementation, sales enablement, and governanceServe as a trusted advisor to commercial leadership by delivering actionable insights, recommendations, and business casesSupport annual planning cycles, budgeting, strategic prioritization, and territory or quota design initiativesSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management, or related fieldExperience in commercial operations, revenue operations, sales operations, business analysis, or related functionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in forecasting, KPI development, and commercial data analysisProficiency with CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce, CPQ, Nue.io, Power BI, and ExcelExperience translating business requirements into process documentation, workflows, and operational plansStrong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior leadersExperience with lead-to-cash processes including opportunity management, quoting, contracting, and billingAdvanced degree such as an MBAExperience in SaaS, data and analytics, or B2B technology environmentsBackground driving change management, enablement, or adoption of new commercial tools and processesFamiliarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPIC, Challenger, or similar frameworksBenefitsCompetitive SalaryUnlimited PTOFlexible working hoursRemote work model (position dependent)Competitive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Plans6% 401K matchingUnlimited access to 13k+ courses via learning platform to support employee career advancementEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Market competitive variable pay and benefitsCompany OverviewDTN is a global data and technology company helping operational leaders in energy, agriculture, and weather-driven industries make faster, smarter decisions.
