Role Overview We are seeking a talented Technical Writer on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will have a keen ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation and guides. These materials will support a wide range of users, from technical experts to non-technical AI novices, in understanding and leveraging the Legion platform. Responsibilities Create and Update Documentation: Author and maintain detailed and accurate documentation such as user manuals, API guides, and FAQs, including video content, ensuring they are up-to-date with the latest platform updates and features. Collaborate Effectively: Work closely with the customer success team to collect the necessary information for the documentation, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both the platform capabilities and user requirements. Simplify Technical Details: Translate complex technical jargon into easily understandable content tailored to various audience levels, providing clarity and ensuring that documentation is accessible to all users, regardless of their technical background. Understand and Leverage Messaging: Gather requirements from our product marketing team to understand how to position key features and demonstrate how users can derive value from them.
