They are seeking an exceptional AI Solutions Engineer to architect automation and lead the deployment of AI tools across their People Technology and Analytics team, simplifying their people tech stack and embedding AI-powered workflows throughout the organization.ResponsibilitiesDrive the rollout, adoption, and operationalization of built from scratch AI tools across the People functionBuild and deploy AI-powered workflows and agents that automate recruiting operations, onboarding, reporting, performance cycles, and other key processesCreate self-service tools and intelligent assistants that improve stakeholder experience and reduce manual intervention for the People teamEstablish best practices for scalable and responsible AI usage, including governance, prompt standards, quality control, and change managementPartner with People leaders to identify high-impact automation opportunities and streamline inefficient or manual workflowsOwn the automation roadmap and deliver solutions using APIs, iPaaS platforms, native tooling, and lightweight scriptingCollaborate cross-functionally with IT, Security, Data Engineering, and vendors to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready People Technology solutionsLead the technical delivery of new system implementations, migrations, and decommissioning initiatives as we simplify and modernize our stackSkills10+ years of experience in Enterprise Applications, with recent AI-focused roles that hold increasing ownership and complexityDemonstrated ability to architect and build AI-powered tools from the ground up, with working knowledge of Google Cloud infrastructure — leveraging services like BigQuery, Vertex AI, and Cloud Functions to move from prototype to production with speed and reliabilityExperience writing or reviewing scripts in Python or JavaScript to support integrations, automation, or operational toolingIdeally familiarity with modern People Technology ecosystems, including ATS, HCM, performance, compensation, and workforce analytics platformsStrong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, accessible language for non-technical stakeholdersHigh ownership mindset with the ability to operate effectively in fast-moving, ambiguous environments while balancing strategic thinking with execution speedCompany OverviewChainlink Labs provides open-source blockchain oracle solutions and specializes in the development and integration of chainlink.
