They are seeking a LATAM eCommerce Sales Manager to manage merchandising categories and retailer inventory levels in Latin America, ensuring timely fulfillment and maximizing profitability.ResponsibilitiesSupport Mercado Libre and authorized marketplace resellers by managing merchandising categories and retailer inventory levels to ensure timely fulfillment and meet sales objectivesMaximize profitability by achieving inventory turn goals and manage the exit of discontinued productsSuccessfully manage orders and the flow of goods in alignment with customer-specific requirements, including routing guidesProvide reporting on inventory issues and develop detailed resolutionsCollaborate effectively with Sales and Operations teams to drive performance and resolve problems efficientlyCommunicate with the Sales, Merchandising, and Operations teams to ensure the accurate and timely ordering and transfer of goods to retail partner stores, distribution centers, and eCommerce channels (.com)Partner with the Order Management and EDI teams to ensure purchase orders are processed accurately and on timeCollaborate with the Sales team to support promotional activities, and provide sales and inventory analyses to manage discontinued products, minimize markdowns, and maintain service level goalsPartner with demand planners, wholesale management, sales, merchandising, operations, and product teams to address inventory-related issues and provide actionable solutionsWork closely with the Cricut order processing team to ensure customer purchase orders are executed according to supply chain requirementsCollaborate with the Sales Director, Sales Support, and Inventory Management teams to review and analyze inventory levels of planogram (POG) merchandiseActively engage with all buying team members to foster a positive, proactive, and collaborative working environmentManage disputes and chargebacks on Amazon Vendor Central in partnership with Cricut FinanceMaintain proper set up and continued SKU maintenance / review of Item and vendor parameters in the Automatic Replenishment systemEnsure timely and accurate orders and transfers for POG merchandise categories to both stores and DC’sDevelop and implement necessary unique replenishment tactics on trend or highly seasonal categories / itemsSupport efforts to revive or exit troubled or down trending categoriesPartner with Demand Planners, Sales, and planning teams to review inventory for upcoming sets as well as exiting product and new productMonitor and evaluate weekly sales in and sales out trendsCreate/Manage sell-through forecasts by product line for Quarter +2 for Amazon 1p and authorized 3p marketplace sellersProvide data to planning team to monitor future inventory receipts vs. financial planReview data with sales/channel teams on key items to ensure support of sales during peak season and promo opportunitiesMaintain appropriate documentation of changes made to replenishment parameters to allow thorough review of impact and success of those changesProvide weekly update on status of key inventory issuesProvide updates on key inventory metrics vs. goalsBuild and maintain a positive working relationship with sales and ops and all cross functional teamsProactively communicate any SBA inventory issues with Sales/Sales Support to allow for best resolutionCommunicate with retail partners on any issues impacting support of POG product for features or promotionsManage vendor performance through appropriate communication involving sales / merchant teams and all inventory managers as necessaryDemonstrate a working knowledge in Mercado Libre FULFILLMENT, EXCELSkillsMinimum level of formal education: BS in Business, Finance, Retail or related field (or equivalent experience)Area of study: Business preferredSpecial certification or technical skills: High grade in MS Excel/Access abilitiesMinimum years experience required: 1 – 2 years of replenishmentType of experience the job requires: Replenishment experience requiredBilingual in English and Spanish/Portuguese, with strong communication skills in both languagesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with excellent organizational abilitiesEffective communicator across teams and functionsSelf-starter with a proactive, 'go-getter' mindsetStrong time management and prioritization skillsConfident decision-maker with sound judgmentBenefitsCompetitive Medical, Dental, and Vision coverageA 401(k) matchGenerous PTOTuition reimbursementA yearly lifestyle stipend to support your wellness and passionsExclusive employee discountsCompany OverviewCricut Inc. is a creative technology platform company know for its flagship line of smart cutting machines.
