Job Overview As a Remote Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction, addressing pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge. Your daily activities will include inbound and outbound calling, setting appointments, performing presentations to members of unions that request our benefits, basic computer knowledge, completing necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service in every customer interaction, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities Field customer inquiries and address pain points in a timely and professional manner Maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers Make inbound and outbound calls to customers, setting appointments and performing presentations as needed Complete necessary paperwork and perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and attention to detail Develop leadership skills and contribute to the growth and development of the customer service team Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and resolve issues efficiently Analyze customer feedback and provide insights to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously 18+ years of age Must pass a background check High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required) Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a remote or call center environment Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software Experience with quality control and leadership development Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility Adaptability and flexibility, with the ability to pivot in response to changing customer needs and priorities Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
