[Remote] Key Sales Account Manager - Retail

The Key Sales Account Manager will drive sales growth by acquiring new business and nurturing existing accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue.ResponsibilitiesProactively hunt and close new business through cold calling, networking, and market research in target marketsMaintain a book of business as well as meeting all sales targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basisBuild and manage a robust pipeline, driving deals from prospecting to closeAnalyze prospects and prioritize high-value targets to maximize sales impactEnsure customer satisfaction by tracking feedback and collaborating with internal teams for smooth deliveryDevelop strong client relationships to support ongoing business and referralsPrepare presentations, respond to RFPβs, write quality proposals, and SLAβs with food service clients with support from the business, finance, and marketing teamsMaintain CRM accuracy by documenting all client activities for effective reporting and forecastingSkillsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in sales, ideally in TIC (Testing, Inspection, Certification) or technical servicesExcellent hunting, negotiation, and communication skillsProficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office SuiteAbility to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teamsWillingness to travel as neededCompany OverviewFounded in 1944, NSF is committed to protecting and improving human health and the environment on a global scale.
