[Remote] Kansas Estate Planning Attorney - Consultant

They are seeking a Kansas-licensed Estate Planning Attorney for a short-term consulting engagement to review an existing estate plan for legal accuracy and compliance with Kansas statutes.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Review estate planning documents for compliance with Kansas law
ā¢ Identify potential risks, inconsistencies, or compliance concerns
ā¢ Provide recommendations and suggested revisions where necessary
ā¢ Collaborate with Talley Law Group attorneys to ensure alignment with client objectives
ā¢ Deliver clear written feedback within agreed timelines
Skills
ā¢ Active license to practice law in Kansas (required)
ā¢ Demonstrated experience in estate planning, trust administration, and wealth transfer strategies
ā¢ Familiarity with Kansas estate, probate, and trust laws
ā¢ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
ā¢ Ability to provide timely, practical, and actionable guidance
ā¢ Prior consulting or advisory experience is a plus
