The ideal candidate will deliver proactive and reactive post-sales support while ensuring total customer experience.ResponsibilitiesConduct network information-gathering workshops to understand existing designs and requirements for new designsLearn customer organizational structure and support processes to sustain a highly available networkTest new designs, features, and functions in a lab, develop implementation and verification plans, and support live deploymentValidate software patches and fixes in pre-production and production according to implementation plansTroubleshoot equipment and network issues, open and drive JTAC cases, and manage pre- and post-production incidentsInitiate and track RMAs through problem resolutionProvide regular written status reports on designs, equipment, and network problemsLead technology workshops, present case updates, document root causes, workarounds, and solutionsTrain customer design, implementation, and support teams on HPE/Juniper products, including configurations and operationsAssist in developing network and equipment operating procedures and best practicesSupport production environments using HPE/Juniper products and define best-practice policiesPeer with resident engineers to share lessons learned and mitigate risk during major changesDevelop secondary skills across the HPE/Juniper product portfolioSkills5+ years in large-scale IP network design, implementation, and operationsProficiency with JUNOS CLI and Juniper routing and switchingHands-on experience with QFX and EX platforms, EVPN/VXLAN, and data center or large enterprise networksStrong knowledge of BGP (eBGP/iBGP) and OSPFMist Wireless assurance experience including Mist APs, Marvis AI, edge devices, and Mist web UIExperience with EZ-LAG and Juniper automation tools including Ansible, YAML, and PyEZ; ability to script in PythonAbility to prepare, validate, and deploy configurations and software upgrades in customer environmentsEffective communication in crisis situations with stakeholders from Engineering to CIO/CISO levelExperience supporting maintenance windows, major upgrades, and change eventsMust have certification any one Juniper MistAI is fineTechnical Certifications: JNCIS-MistAI-Wireless, JNCIP-MistAI.
