The Opportunity
As an Electrical Design Engineer, you will transition from theory to practice by providing design services for complex industrial facilities. You won't just be behind a desk; you'll be learning how to power the infrastructure that sustains our communities.
Key Responsibilities:
β’ Systems Design: Assist in designing power distribution, grounding, lighting, motor controls, and automation systems.
β’ Technical Drawing: Develop detailed electrical systems using AutoCAD.
β’ Specialized Analysis: Support and perform arc flash and coordination studies for electrical distribution.
β’ Professional Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends through employer-paid continuing education courses.

Required Skills & Experience
β’ Education: Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) OR an Associate's in Electrical Design with 2+
years of experience.
β’ Experience: 0-2 years (New grads are encouraged to apply!).
β’ Software Skills: Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
β’ Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to be trained in industry-standard software like SKM or ETAP.
β’ Technical Foundation: A basic understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC).
