[Remote] IT Project Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Insight Global is seeking an IT Project Manager for one of their clients in the healthcare insurance industry. This role supports enterprise technology initiatives, focusing on coordinating application development efforts within cybersecurity and regulated systems, while ensuring project deliverables are completed on time.ResponsibilitiesTrack project progress, maintain documentation, and ensure deliverables are completed on time while adhering to structured PMO processesFacilitate meetings, capture detailed notes, manage RAID logs, and communicate key updates, risks, and decisions to stakeholdersMonitor project budgets, track burn rates, and proactively identify and escalate potential financial or scope-related risksCollaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and business partners to ensure alignment and forward momentumWork within tools such as PPM systems and Agile platforms like Azure DevOps to manage work items and reportingSkillsBachelor's degree or 4+ years equivalent healthcare/IT experience2+ years relevant IT or healthcare project experienceExperience managing IT/application development projectsStrong understanding of technical conversations (non-hands-on)Proven budget management (burn rate, forecasts, risk identification)Strong documentation skills (charters, RAID logs, status reports, financial tracking)Familiarity with PPM tools and Azure DevOpsComfortable with structured governance and heavy documentation requirementsExperience in Agile environments, backlog tracking preferredPMP, CAPM, or PMI-PBA preferredRegulated Industry ExperienceMicrosoft SuiteCompany OverviewInsight Global provides top talent and staffing solutions that help job seekers find careers in healthcare, finance, IT, and government.
