This role focuses on providing data analysis, process improvement insights, and governance support for an IT PMO to ensure operational excellence and drive the adoption of project management best practices.ResponsibilitiesAnalyze project documentation and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvementDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project healthGenerate insights from documentation and data to support decision-making and identify trendsAssist in the implementation and adherence to PMO standards and practicesConduct compliance audits on project documentation, tool adoption, and delivery effectiveness. Facilitate resolution of gaps or issues in findings resulting from analysisMaintain and update governance policies and procedures for project and program managementIdentify and recommend process improvements to enhance delivery operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process enhancements and standardize workflowsPerform project health assessments, risk reviews, and resource planning analysis. Review project plans and financial forecasts to ensure alignment with PMO standardsProvide tool support and training for project management capabilities.
