The Investment Product Analyst role involves performing due diligence and analysis on investment products to assess their fit for customer platforms, focusing on investment strategy, risk, and performance.ResponsibilitiesProduct Analysis: Perform due diligence on new and existing investment products, evaluating investment processes, performance, fees, and liquidity termsOperational Review: Assess investment firm operational controls, trade processing, valuation practices, and risk managementDue Diligence Reports: Author detailed technical reports and prepare presentations for product organizations and investment committees to make product shelf decisionsMonitoring: Conduct ongoing, regular reviews of approved product lists to ensure continued fit with customer product shelvesManager Interaction: Maintain active communication with third-party asset managersSkillsEducation: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related fieldExperience: 3-5 years previous experience in product analysis.
