They are seeking a seasoned Sage Intacct Sales Executive to own and grow the new business pipeline while independently delivering customized Sage Intacct demonstrations. The role involves collaborating with marketing, nurturing leads, conducting discovery sessions, and managing the full sales cycle.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary sales resource for all marketing-generated leads, inbound inquiries, and partner-referred opportunities owing each opportunity from first engagement through closeCollaborate closely with the marketing team on campaign strategy, messaging, webinars, user groups, and events to ensure a strong and consistent flow of qualified opportunitiesNurture leads across varying stages of readiness, maintaining consistent follow-up and engagement to advance opportunities through the sales cycleMaintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and accurate forecasting in CRM; provide regular reporting to leadership on pipeline health and deal progressionContribute feedback to marketing on lead quality, market messaging, and competitive intelligence to continuously improve top-of-funnel effectivenessConduct thorough discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points, financial operations, requirements, and strategic objectivesEngage mid-market prospects by mapping their current-state operations to Sage Intacct’s capabilities including multi-entity support, dimensional reporting, and industry-specific modules and develop customized messaging to accelerate decision-makingFunction as a subject matter expert (SME) on Sage Intacct’s core financials and relevant modules, drawing from hands-on platform experienceBuild strong relationships with C-level executives, Controllers, and finance teams throughout the evaluation processLead interactive, discovery-driven Sage Intacct demonstrations independently and without pre-sales support tailored to each prospect’s industry, pain points, and key stakeholdersOwn the full demo narrative from post-discovery preparation through live presentation and follow-up, ensuring each demonstration directly connects platform capabilities to the prospect’s business challengesStay current on quarterly Sage Intacct product releases to ensure demonstrations reflect the latest platform capabilities and differentiatorsDevelop and present full implementation proposals including Statements of Work (SOWs), ROI analyses, and pricing strategiesManage the full sales cycle from qualification through contract execution, engaging multiple stakeholders and navigating complex buying processesCoordinate a smooth handoff of new clients to the delivery and implementation team, ensuring expectations set during the sales process are honoredMeet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targetsRepresent the firm at industry events, Sage partner programs, webinars, and user groups to build market presence and expand referral relationshipsSuggest ongoing improvements to sales processes, tools, proposal content, and demo environments to improve win rates and shorten sales cyclesContribute to practice growth initiatives including hiring input and onboarding of future sales resources as the team scalesSkills5+ years in ERP/SaaS sales, consulting, or practice leadership, with direct Sage Intacct experience in sales, implementation, or a combined roleDemonstrated ability to independently deliver polished, discovery-driven Sage Intacct product demonstrations without pre-sales support; this is a non-negotiable requirementProven success engaging mid-market prospects (50–500 employees) and closing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cyclesStrong consultative sales skills: able to diagnose business problems and credibly articulate how Sage Intacct solves them across finance, operations, and executive audiencesProficiency with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar); disciplined pipeline management habitsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; comfortable presenting to CFOs, Controllers, and C-suite decision-makersBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferredAbility to travel up to 20% for client meetings, demos, or industry eventsSage Intacct certifications: Sales Consultant and/or nonprofit industry-specific certifications is a strong plusHands-on Sage Intacct implementation or consulting background — understanding the delivery side dramatically strengthens credibility in the sales processFamiliarity with vertical-specific Sage Intacct capabilities relevant to nonprofit accountingBenefits401(k) plan with profit sharingEmployer-supported medical coverageCompany-paid life and disability insuranceStudent loan repaymentGenerous PTOA culture that fosters flexibility and career developmentCompany OverviewHeadquartered in the Washington, DC metropolitan region, GRF CPAs & Advisors (GRF) is a full-service professional services firm providing clients with audit and assurance, tax services, outsourced accounting, and advisory solutions.
