[Remote] Intertek Alchemy SaaS Account Executive

The primary goal of this role is to generate new business by managing the sales process, building a pipeline through outbound prospecting, and ensuring customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesManage all technical aspects of the sales process including product demonstrations, needs assessments, and value propositionsRespond to RFIs, RFPs, and RFQsGenerate and fill the pipeline with new high-quality leads and dealsDevelop and qualify deals, generate leads, and manage deal closure; including cold calling, working closely with the Marketing team, and cultivating existing leadsArticulate and communicate the Alchemy value proposition to mid and c-level decision makersAccurately forecast and manage pipeline on a monthly and quarterly basisEnsure accurate and up to date records of all deals are maintained in the CRM systemEnsure 100% customer satisfaction with all respective customers.
