[Remote] Internal Executive Recruitment Program Specialist

They are seeking an Internal Executive Recruitment Program Specialist who will manage the full lifecycle of internal executive placements while contributing to process improvements that enhance the experience for senior internal candidates.ResponsibilitiesManage workflow execution: Progress internal executive promotions, transfers, and rotations from role intake through offer and onboarding with clear tracking of milestones and dependenciesMaintain accurate and up-to-date data related to internal executive movements by updating and validating information in recruitment and HR systems, including status, approvals, compliance requirements, and start datesMonitor each stage of execution and intervene when delays or gaps are identifiedAlign execution steps: Coordinate actions across Talent Management, HR Business Partners, Compensation, Legal, and Mobility teams to complete each placementProactively resolve outstanding actions to ensure placements close within agreed timelinesApply Talent Management policies and strategic direction to ensure internal executive moves are executed with consistency and compliance and in alignment with broader leadership and succession objectivesCentralized focal point from approval for offer/close for internal movementsStructure process improvement initiatives using defined frameworks with clear milestones, deliverables, and ownersDocument and refine hand-off points between Talent Management, HR Business Partners and Recruitment to avoid delaysMonitor progress of operational changes such as system enhancements or policy updatesConfirm each executive movement meets internal policies and regional regulatory requirementsManage all information related to executive moves with strict adherence to confidentiality protocolsEnsure each internal executive move follows standardized workflows and defined timelinesShare clear status updates with stakeholders based on system data and milestone trackingCollect and summarize post-placement data to identify recurring issues and improvement opportunitiesSkillsAt least 5 years of experience in HR or TA Operations/Program Management or shared services with exposure to executive processes or internal mobilityDemonstrated experience managing structured projects or operational improvements with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverablesProven ability to coordinate workflows across multiple functions such as HR, Legal, Compensation, Mobility, or FinanceExperience maintaining data accuracy and tracking workflows within enterprise systems such as ATS or CRM platformsAbility to break down complex processes into defined steps, dependencies, and measurable outcomesStrong attention to detail with consistent delivery of accurate documentation, tracking, and compliance validationExperience handling sensitive or confidential information with clear adherence to data security and governance protocolsExperience supporting executive-level recruitment, talent management, or leadership mobility programsExperience contributing to system or process optimization initiatives within HR or recruitment environmentsAdvanced reporting or workflow tracking experience using toolsBenefitsKyndryl cares about your well-being and prides itself on offering benefits that give you choice, reflect the diversity of our employees and support you and your family through the moments that matter – wherever you are in your life journey.Our employee learning programs give you access to the best learning in the industry to receive certifications, including Microsoft, Google, Amazon, Skillsoft, and many more.Through our company-wide volunteering and giving platform, you can donate, start fundraisers, volunteer, and search over 2 million non-profit organizations.Company OverviewKyndryl is an information technology and services company.
