[Remote] Internal Architect Project Manager - EV Construction Management

They are seeking an experienced Internal Architect Project Manager to support large-scale construction projects, managing stakeholders and ensuring compliance with design standards. The role involves overseeing project progress, managing client relationships, and improving internal processes.ResponsibilitiesManage stakeholders including architects, engineers, and supply chains to deliver compliant projectsCan analyze, track, and effectively manage critical milestone activities to avoid schedule slipsVerify that effective project governance, processes, and systems are utilizedEnsure application of best practice on all projectsProduction of formal project status reports and other reports as requiredMonitor the progress of multiple construction projects simultaneously to ensure that the approved design standards are applied correctlyManage the interface between all suppliers through monthly trackers and weekly reviewsManage the flow of project information between the project team through regular meetings and written communicationsForecast and update key project milestones and budgetManage and monitor local design teams in accordance with commission criteriaProvide technical support to owners, architects, general contractors and regional stakeholdersRapid response to RFIs from the fieldProvide expertise for cost control, value engineering, and constructability guidance where requiredIndependent review of status reports, drawing submittals, timelines, and costs from architects, contractors and suppliersClient management β assist in developing excellent working relationships with Clients, with a view towards maximizing new opportunitiesStrategic Thinking - provides advice to project teams on approaches that can be adopted to successfully achieve both clientsβ objectives and business objectivesKnowledge management β ensure that key information and learnings generated from each project are capturedProcess improvement β Identify ways to improve internal systems and processesSOX control responsibilities may be part of this role, which are to be adhered to where applicableSkillsBachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or field related to constructionStrong organizational and management skills β ability to work effectively and collaboratively with the broader teamEffective presentation skillsProficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project management toolsStrong communication skillsArchitectural background requiredArchitectural License requiredBenefitsWe provide a great place to work, where each person has the opportunity and voice to affect change.We want our people to succeed both in work and life.To support this we promote a healthy, productive and flexible working environment that respects work-life balance.Company OverviewTurner & Townsend is an independent professional services company specializing in program management, project management.
