A Day in the Life: As a Remote Intermediate Accountant, your responsibilities will include:
Processing accounts payable and entering invoices into our Odoo system
Managing payroll, including employee hours, pay-check deductions, and withholdings
Creating purchase orders and maintaining DOT employee files
Collaborating with our team to ensure seamless relationships with suppliers and customers
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Accounting or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks concurrently
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in accounting software, such as Peachtree, Excel, Access, or Quicken
Fluency in Spanish is a plus, but not required
