[Remote] Intake Specialist - Entry Level Mortgage Job
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Mutual of Omaha is a Fortune 300 Company with an iconic brand and outstanding customer loyalty. They are seeking an Intake Specialist to join their team, playing a key role in the reverse Mortgage Industry and helping customers with their mortgage needs.
Responsibilities
ā¢ Evaluate retail and wholesale reverse mortgage loan submissions for compliance and completeness
ā¢ Accurately input pertinent loan data into operational systems
ā¢ Order supplementary vendor products, such as credit reports and flood certs
ā¢ Utilize FHA Connection to order case numbers and log appraisals
ā¢ Communicate file status with retail and wholesale clients
ā¢ Work closely with processing and underwriting to establish productive and efficient work flows
Skills
ā¢ Excellent computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products
ā¢ Strong customer service and time management skills a must
ā¢ Highly motivated and determined to succeed in a competitive, time sensitive industry
ā¢ Previous Mortgage industry experience preferred but not required
ā¢ Previous Junior Loan Processor experience a plus
ā¢ Prior FHA Connection Knowledge a plus but not required
ā¢ Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
